Information regarding the crisis management in Book Automation

Dear Friends & Colleagues: In accordance with the ordinance from the Governor of the State of Connecticut, as of today the offices of Book Automation will be closed for two weeks (pending further updates).

As you may or may not know our parent company, Meccanotecnica, is situated in the center of the Coronavirus outbreak in Italy. As of today, they have been ordered to cease all activities for the next 15 days in the attempt to stop the carnage. As much as we all would like to think that books are an essential part of life, in the Covid-19 era, I am sad to say they do not qualify as such.

Book Automation is still able to provide support by phone/email. We have an ample supply of spare parts in stock and we will try to keep the flow going. We appreciate your patience as we do our best.

All of us at Book Automation wish you all the best in this trying time.

Be Safe!

Sincerely,

Manrico Caglioni (President of Book Automation)
