In 1992, Günter Rudolph and his wife Resi established Rudolph Druck as a printing company specializing in offset and letterpress

Over the years, the business has gained a reputation as a reliable print service provider in Schweinfurt, thanks to its dedicated and professional staff. “We bring together vast expertise and years of experience in print production. Today, our company is a leading printer that prioritizes top-notch publishing products”, says Günter Rudolph, managing director of Rudolph Druck.

The company's first important development dates back to 1995 when they moved to the former Raiffeisen warehouse in Ebertshausen. That same year, Werner Enke joined as a co-owner. They quickly recognized the rising trend of digital printing and decided to venture into this field in the year 2000. Two years later, the company added a new 2-color offset printing machine with a perfecting unit to our machine park.

“As an innovative and technology-driven company, we opened a second location in Schweinfurt in 2013 fully dedicated to digital print and finishing to better serve our customers. In 2022, we revamped our logo, website, and overall company appearance to reflect our continued growth and development. With two locations specializing in offset and digital printing, we are excited about the future and ready to meet the needs of our customers”, continues Veit Rudolph.

CHALLENGE

“In the past, we used to externalize the production of thread-sewn books to an outside company. However, when searching for a thread sewing machine, we discovered Meccanotecnica. Collaborating with them has enabled us to be much faster and more adaptable since we can now produce everything in-house.”

SOLUTION

“We found the Universe automatic book sewing machine user-friendly and efficient for thread sewing, and it helped us achieve profitability quickly with minimal waste. Choosing the Universe was a no-brainer for us as it is the top choice for digitally printed books, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality product.”

RESULTS

Environmental factors, inks, or papers do not influence thread sewing. This technique is employed to enhance the durability and quality of Rudolph Druck products as it is highly sought after by both our customers and the publishing industry.
