The Pre-Loader increases the loading capacity of the feeder by 100 cm, ensuring a more comfortable and uniform loading. It also helps to eliminate marking problems by reducing the pile height in the hopper. Gathered signatures are loaded manually into a series of trays which move stepwise towards the infeed hopper. A motorized gripper transfers the contents of each tray onto the hopper incline.
