Information regarding COVID-19 crisis management

Meccanotecnica S.p.A. to resume the supply of spare parts in stock from its head office in Torre de’ Roveri (Bergamo) as of April 14th.

After-sales support will be guaranteed through the usual communication channels such as telephone and e-mail. The direct line (+39 035 585 222) will be available from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 (CET) and the e-mail address will be: aftersales@meccatec.it.

Furthermore, where available and activated, remote service will be possible for troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.

The availability of spare parts will be subject to inventory and the operational continuity of the players active in the supply chain. We trust in your understanding of the current situation, as it does not belong to our scope of action. However, we will continue to implement organizational actions aimed at minimizing inconvenience wherever possible.

The activities will always be carried out in full compliance with the measures taken by the Italian government. All the required measures have been put in place to allow staff to carry out their work in the best possible conditions, implementing the hygiene standards prescribed by law.

Some activities, which can be conducted in smart working will continue to be carried out, as in the last few weeks.

Meccanotecnica will continue to evaluate the indications of the Italian government, to organize the gradual restart of all activities as soon as conditions make it possible.
